White Weekend

I had the very impromptu pleasure of spending Sunday morning with these beautiful people at their gorgeous family home in Little Compton, RI. Every year they declare a “white weekend” and capture the growing family in one big photo with their classic coastal outfits on.

The kids were full of character, patiently running, dancing and swinging in the back yard during each family photo. I found myself turning and switching settings to snap a photo of them often.

It sounds like this haze usually burns off mid-morning to reveal a beautiful glimpse of the ocean, but at 7:30am the haze also acts as the best light diffuser.

Of course there were dogs there too – three to be exact!
