Peyton & Dasher’s mom contacted me almost two months ago, but we planned to meet this week when the perfect mix of tide and light aligned! Low tide around Cape Cod Bay (and in this case, Plymouth Bay) is easily my favorite time of day and scenery in our area, so I was ecstatic to see the sun bursting out of the sky in the middle of our ten-day thunderstorm forecast. Lucky us!
Meet Peyton, a one-year old Bernese Mountain dog, and Dasher, a seven-year old Sheltie.
(pardon the low image size, having issues and will update with larger soon)

These boys were extremely poised in their modeling role. They each love their respective toys, and they respond well to their mom, but the mere presence of frozen steak bites caused a bit of a tizzy! We hid those temporarily and continued on :-)

We drove out onto the off-road section of Plymouth Beach and found so many different backgrounds – rocks, ocean, seaweed, beach grass… I can’t wait to make it through all of these 400 photos to share with you! As always, more can be found on my Flickr site HERE.

Marci, I’m so happy that our low-tide, sunlight, grooming, and doggy blood-donation (how cool!) stars aligned for an evening with the boys at the beach. I’m excited to share the rest with you this weekend!
