Just a day or two later, and we’re at a completely different level with Kenai. I’m gonna go ahead and say we’re seeing eye-to-eye, but when the Wellfleet tide came in on our four-hour hike, this wire spool was completely submerged.
It turns out that a few hours of extreme exercise are just what this 1 1/2-year old Chesapeake needs to be able to chill and cozy up on the homefront. As we were winding down from our three-mile run last night, Gary looked down at Kenai and told him he was welcome at our house any time.
Beaches are an obvious background, given where I live, but over the next couple of weeks I hope you’ll stay tuned for some shots with more unique backdrops. Given recent requests, I might even venture into some studio work…?
As for Kenai… I think his parents are gonna have to fight our boy Brewer when they come to pick him up on Wednesday. Brewer’s taken quite nicely to having a cousin of his age and demeanor.

Nathan - Stacy,
Thanks for watching Kenai! He can be a lot to handle but he has a huge heart and just loves people and exercise as you have seen. Great meeting Gary to, we will have to get together again soon. Nate
